🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

• Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange.
• Damaged Package: If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please contact us within 48 hours and share clear photos/videos of the package.
• Opened Products: For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used powders/products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind after receiving the order.
• Unopened Products: An unopened product may be eligible for a return/exchange, subject to approval.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
